Can you order a pizza? Can you make a pizza? Do we have a pizza in the freezer? We really want pizza. If your house is anything like mine, you get the pizza question. I’m not a big fan of ordinary pizza. But Pizza with Pzazz – now you have my attention!
This pizza is so easy to throw together. You could add different meats or a combination of cheeses. These are great for watching football or hanging out with friends. You could elevate your bundt pan pizza and serve it with a salad and some wine. If you are like me, not a pizza fiend, and your family is clamoring for pizza, then this is the answer. Delicious, and every one is happy!
Bundt Pan Pepperoni Pizza
2 cans regular Pizza Dough
6 oz sliced Pepperonis
1/3 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons Dried Basil
2 tablespoons Parsley Flakes
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 pinch Red Pepper Flakes, optional
2 cups Mozzarella Cheese, divided
1 cup shredded Parmesan Cheese, divided
1 jar Marinara Sauce for dipping
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Unroll 1 can of pizza dough onto a cutting board. Cut pizza dough into 1-inch long strips and then cut the strips into 2-inch sections. Place dough in a large mixing bowl and set aside.

Stack pepperoni, cut into 4th for small pieces. Scatter half of the cut pepperoni over the pizza dough. Sprinkle half of the Mozzarella cheese and half of the Parmesan cheese over the dough. Set aside.
In a measuring cup, whisk olive oil with basil, parsley flakes, Italian Seasoning, garlic powder and pepper flakes if using. Pour half of the seasoned oil over the dough.

Cut remaining can of pizza dough into strips as before. Place in the bowl on top of the first layers. Scatter remaining pepperoni over the dough, followed by the cheeses and remaining oil. Toss to blend and coat evenly in the seasoned oil.

Pour into a Bundt pan. Bake in the heated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the top is brown and the center is thoroughly cooked.

While pan pizza is cooking, gently warm the Marinara Sauce in a pan over medium-low heat.
Remove bundt pan pizza from the oven, let cool in the pan for 5 minutes. Flip over onto a plate while it’s still hot. Serve with warmed Marinara Sauce for dipping.
For a casual, fun supper serve bundt pan pizza with a simple toss salad.

This is incredibly creative! I’m going to have to try this with the kids!

It was really fun – and you can use just about any meat-cheese combination. Chop up some onions and pepper, add a few olives – whatever – it’s all good.
