Today is National New Jersey Day. The state motto is Liberty and Prosperity. Originally, I wanted to accomplish two things to honor New Jersey, the 3rd state to join the Union. The first was to share some of her history and high points. The second was to create an awesome New Jersey Style Supper, complete with all the trimmings. In my research, I was sidetracked, so we’ll have a fun adventure instead.

Easy Hot Dog Potato Skillet Supper
Happy Saturday Everyone. Just to bring you up to speed on life in California, things are a bit strange. The entire state is in a “lock down” – sort of. Grocery stores are open (good luck there); as are gas stations, banks, restaurants for carry-out only. We are staying at home, going out only when it is absolutely necessary.
Polynesian Hot Dogs over Rice
Hubby stood near the packaged meat section – you know, with the lunch meats and pre-cooked sausages and hot dogs. He has our grocery list in hand and was busy looking over the various deals on dogs.
