It’s another of those tasty National Days. This time it’s National Blonde Brownie Day. The name alone is silly. Brownies are made with Cocoa, giving them both their color and inspired name. A Blonde Brownie is made without the cocoa, hence “blonde” color. Blondie is a much more fitting name.
