For as long as I can remember, my father has grown a garden. When I was very young, he grew flowers in the backyard. The entire back fence was lined with flower beds. Sandwiches for National Potato Chip Day
Today is National Potato Chip Day. I suppose we could have made a dish featuring crushed potato chips. That would have been fine. I’m just not a big fan of potato chips. I will admit, I like to smash plain chips on a sandwich, but that’s about as far as it goes.
