Wherever you are on this the 11th day of the 11th month, at the 11th hour bow your head in a moment of silence. Honor the men and women everywhere who answered the call to don a uniform and protect our country. Without them we might not have the freedoms we take for granted.

Why is this so confusing for some people. Veterans Day indicate more than one, as in all the veterans. Veteran’s Day means the day belongs to a Veteran. Hum, maybe we should call this Veterans’ Day, as in a day belonging to all veterans.
