In the days immediately following Easter Sunday, the daily readings of the Mass center around miracles that happened after Christ’s resurrection. (As though conquering death wasn’t enough!) On weekday Masses there are only two readings assigned – the 1st Reading and the Gospel.

Today is the feast day of Saint Teresa of Calcutta. As Catholics, we are encouraged to strive for sainthood. While that’s a lofty goal most of us will not obtain, we are truly blessed to be surrounded by inspiration. Mother Teresa is one such example of what it means to give all for the Lord.
