Chuck Roast Flautas with a Little Sizzle

Let me start off by saying woops, I blew it with this one. Two things happened. First, I didn’t start cooking when I should have. That’s okay – Instant Pot to the rescue!

Wake up with Pancakes!

If you’ve been following along for a while, you know that I tend to plan out our family meals way, way in advance. As in months in advance. That said, our meal plan isn’t finalized until a day or two before shopping for the week.

Nostalgic Hamburger Gravy Supper

As you can imagine, I get an in-box full of recipe links every day. One of the things that I’ve noticed is that site after site has a been actively promoting throw back recipes. Gotta Love Kids in the Kitchen

Today is National Kids in the Kitchen Day. In my opinion, spending time with our children in the kitchen is one of the most important things we can do. It’s a way of creating memories, passing along a little family history and teaching life skills.
